Vin Diesel as Xander Cage (also known by his nickname "Triple X"): A thrill seeking American extreme sports enthusiast, stuntman and anti-establishment activist. Idolized in some sub-cultures, xXx is also hunted by the authorities and he is offered a deal to become a spy for the National Security Agency in exchange for leniency, the agency requiring an agent who can do the current job without the military professional training that Anarchy 99's background will allow them to recognise.
The film was released on January 20, 2017, sees the return of Diesel as Xander Cage who comes out of self-imposed exile, thought to be long dead, and is set on a collision course with deadly alpha warrior and his team in a race to recover a sinister and seemingly unstoppable weapon known as Pandora's Box. Recruiting an all-new group of thrill-seeking cohorts, Xander finds himself enmeshed in a deadly conspiracy that points to collusion at the highest levels of world governments.[4]
XXX (stylized as xXx and pronounced as Triple X) is a 2002 American action film directed by Rob Cohen, produced by Neal H. Moritz and written by Rich Wilkes. On 6 June 2008, in accordance with ICANN bylaws, ICM filed an application with the International Centre for Dispute Resolution for an independent review challenging ICANN's decision. The filing became ICDR Case No. 50 117 T 00224 08, and in September 2009, a live hearing was held in Washington, DC, where both sides submitted documentary evidence and witness testimony. on 19 February 2010, the ICDR's independent review panel – consisting of Stephen M. Schwebel, Jan Paulsson and Dickran Tevrizian – issued its declaration.[16] The panel found that the application for the ".XXX sTLD met the required sponsorship criteria," and that "the Board’s reconsideration of that finding was not consistent with the application of neutral, objective and fair documented policy".[17] At the ICANN meeting in Nairobi in March 2010 the board resolved to consider "process options". A 45-day public comment was opened on 26 March 2010.[18] At the Brussels ICANN meeting in June 2010, the ICANN board resolved to restart the process, including renewed due diligence and GAC consultations.[19]

The first film received mixed reviews from critics. Roger Ebert called it "as good as a James Bond movie".[17] Adam Smith of Empire Online called the movie, "Sporadically entertaining, but seriously hampered by a very choppy screenplay", and rating it three out of five stars.[18] The film was nominated for a Razzie Award for Most Flatulent Teen-Targeted Movie, but lost to Jackass: The Movie.

This is surely the easiest film to make fun of, in the Vin Diesel canon. It was the first starring vehicle for the "Fast and the Furious" alum, and there's a reason why there's only been one sequel. The dialogue is disgustingly corny, the action is ridiculous, it's super dated by its' technology choices onscreen, and its' villains are ludicrously weird and out of place. The entire film is trying to be a super-fast paced adrenaline ride, utilizing strange costuming, European metal bands in the background of every scene, and gross choices in lighting. Vin Diesel is rheumy eyed throughout, coming off as a dork that has been given the chance to live out their fantasy in an action film. There's absolutely nothing that sets this apart from other action films, except all its references to its time period. It talks about online episodes, anarchists in a politically crazed country, and its look, which is always trying to steal from bigger, better films. Watch the version with RiffTrax, otherwise you won't enjoy any part of this dull, weird mishmash.
The financing covers a portfolio of 10-, 15-, 20- and 30-year term products and has a final maturity in 2037; however, the securities have a flexible amortization profile that will effectively match the run-off of the Regulation XXX reserve requirements over time and can be called without penalty in the event Regulation XXX is ever modified or rescinded.
ICANN announced on 1 June 2005 a preliminary approval of .xxx as an sTLD similar to .aero, .travel, etc. ICM said it would charge $60/year for domains. In December 2005, discussions about the implementation of .xxx were taken off the agenda of ICANN Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC), placing its future in doubt. In its March 2006 meeting, the GAC formulated a letter of concern to the ICANN board about .xxx. On 10 May 2006, ICANN reversed the approval.[12] On 6 January 2007, ICANN put up for public comment a revised proposal[13] following changes to the policy of the ICM registry including the policing of any site that signs up to use the .xxx registry.[14] On 30 March 2007, the ICANN board again rejected the .xxx proposal for the third time.[15]
